Fox Pest Control in Massachusetts seeks a full-time Pest Control Service Manager to lead our team and uphold our core values. The role involves hands-on leadership across technical, route, sales, and administrative functions within the branch.

You will supervise and train technicians, implement policies, and drive growth while coordinating with the Branch Manager and office personnel. A strong focus on customer service and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Industry knowledge in pest control or lawn care preferred.
• Understanding of state and federal regulations relevant to pest control.
• Sales management experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and retention abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including route management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of branch operations, including technical, route, sales, administrative and operational management.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and office staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the branch.

What you'll do

• Comprehensive Industry Involvement: Engage in all facets of the pest control industry, including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management.

• Manage a Diverse Team: Lead, coach, and counsel a multi-level staff of 10+ individuals.
• Perform Additional Duties: Take on other tasks as assigned to support the branch.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Industry Expertise: Experience in the pest control or lawn care industry is strongly preferred.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations.
• Sales Management: Previous experience in sales management is a plus.
• Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service and retention abilities.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills, including route management.
• Multi-tasking Ability: Capable of handling a wide variety of duties.
