As a Service Manager with American Pest, you will lead and support a team of 8–12 technicians who serve both residential and commercial customers. Your role is to ensure your team operates safely, consistently, and in accordance with the high standards our customers expect. You'll oversee day-to-day field operations, provide ongoing coaching and development for technicians, and ensure service quality and customer experience remain strong across your routes.
In addition to supporting your team, you will occasionally assist with evaluating new customer needs and recommending effective pest management solutions. You will also ensure service activities are properly documented and that required reports and operational records are completed accurately and on time.
