Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. You will identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships to deliver value.

This role offers weekly pay, a base hourly wage with commission, and opportunities to earn 60k–90k annually depending on sales performance, with benefits and a strong team environment in Layton, Utah area.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Posses a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawls space and other tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers via warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and make proposals to secure sales contracts.
• Respond to sales leads and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions per laws and policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle in compliance with policy.
