Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will identify needs, present tailored options, and close contracts with a focus on service quality.

This role offers weekly pay, a base hourly wage of $18.00 plus commission, and a comprehensive benefits package. Strong candidates have sales experience, are age 21+, and can perform inspections in tight spaces.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.
• Ability to access tight spaces by walking, standing, kneeling, crouching, crawling.
• State-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers using warm leads, cold calls, and on-site visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and prepare proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to sales leads and generate additional pest control opportunities.
• Prepare job specs and treating instructions per laws and policy.
• Maintain and operate company vehicle per Vehicle Policy.
