Job summary

Team Pest USA in Gainesville, GA is seeking a driven Pest Control Sales professional. Your main focus will be to generate leads, contact homeowners, and close sales through thorough inspections that identify pest or termite issues and recommend the right services.

You will perform inspections in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to ensure high-quality service. You will complete 3–4 proposals daily, close several deals weekly, and strive to meet monthly sales budgets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean 3-year driving record.
• Ability to pass state licensing exams (training provided).
• Pest control experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and contact homeowners in the assigned area.
• Close multiple sales per week and meet monthly sales targets.
• Conduct thorough property inspections (attics, basements, crawl spaces).
• Identify services needed and prepare proposals for customers.
• Collaborate with inside sales and market to homeowners, real estate agents, and builders.
