Rentokil North America is hiring a Pest Control Consultant in Gainesville, GA to sell pest management services to residential customers while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll assess customer needs, collaborate across teams, and use our CRM to craft proposals and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence (vehicle and gas card provided).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; experience in sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and related issues and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose additional home services enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer home and potential challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to support new service installations.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
