Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant in Gainesville, GA to sell pest management services to residential customers, while delivering a customer-focused service that grows the business.

You’ll be the face of our national brand to your local community, and your clients will count on you to protect homes and families. You’ll inspect homes for pests, collaborate with service teams, and develop proposals to resolve issues and upsell enhancements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills — sales experience preferred.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage, then sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagrams using Sales CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations for satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
