Job summary

Real Home Service Solutions in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a Pest Control Sales Account Executive to meet with qualified customers, provide consultations, and close sales in the Raleigh area. The role leverages our outreach team and existing client base to generate opportunities, with training, mentorship, and tools provided to help you succeed in outside/field sales.

The position is a W2 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales, outside sales, in home sales, retail sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing and able to cover a 30 miles radius.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with qualified customers and perform service consultations.
• Recommend pest control and related services (termite protection, rodent management, insulation/remediation).
• Present service options and upsell additional services.
• Close sales and meet/exceed monthly targets; provide professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Continue developing product and industry knowledge through training.

About this position

We are currently hiring a Pest Control Sales Account Executive in to support our clients growing operations in the Raleigh area. In this role, you will meet with qualified customers, perform service consultations, recommend solutions, and close sales. Our outreach team and existing customer base help generate opportunities so you can focus on delivering value and building relationships. Whether you have prior sales experience or are looking to grow your career in outside sales, field sales, or territory sales, we provide the training, mentorship, and tools needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer consultations and basic inspections to understand pest control needs
• Recommend pest control, termite protection, ant infestation, rodent management, and insulation and crawl space remediation
• Present service options and upsell additional services when appropriate
• Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targetsProvide professional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Continue developing product and industry knowledge through training

Compensation

• Average Pest Control Sales Agent: $2750 weekly
• Uncapped commission structure

Requirements

• Reliable transportation for travel within the Raleigh territory
• Willing and able to cover a 30 miles radius
