Job summary

You will operate on a designated service route, learn scheduling, diagnosis, and treatment planning through award-winning training, while maintaining safety and professionalism with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities include meeting customers, explaining actions, and discussing additional services to ensure peace of mind about pest management.

Qualifications

• No experience required; company provides training to become an Orkin Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field and interact with customers at their businesses or homes.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide the highest level of protection and service on a designated service route.
• Complete award-winning training and learn the skills needed for route operations, scheduling, issue diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services for pest management.
