Job summary

Orkin Pro positions offer driven individuals a path into pest control with award-winning training and support. You’ll begin on a designated service route, learning the skills needed to protect customer properties while prioritizing safety and professionalism.

You will drive a company vehicle, follow schedules, diagnose issues, and discuss additional services with customers to ensure satisfaction and peace of mind.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – We’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Complete our training to learn the skills to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services for peace of mind
