Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of protection and service on a designated service route.
• Complete training to learn the skills and knowledge needed to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation plan within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it clean.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
