Job summary

Orkin Pro positions involve joining a team with award-winning training to protect customer properties on a designated service route. You’ll start with extensive training and continue growing through a robust benefit package and career development in a mission-driven company.

You’ll operate a company vehicle, follow schedules, and provide excellent service while maintaining safety and professionalism on every call.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work independently on route-based assignments and serve customers at businesses and/or homes.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and prioritize safety.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Complete all required service-related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy.
