Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning pest-control team in roles that start with comprehensive training and no prior pest-control experience required. You will protect homes and businesses, communicate clearly with customers, and work safely with equipment in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes including an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

Provide top-tier pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
Explain findings and recommend services to keep customers informed and secure.
Follow safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
Log findings and service reports using handheld devices and track customer interactions.
