Job summary

Orkin seeks motivated individuals to join our award-winning pest control team. This role trains you from day one and builds a long-term, recession-resistant career protecting homes and businesses.

You’ll inspect properties, communicate solutions clearly, and operate company vehicles and devices. Earn between $50,000 and $60,000 in your first year with comprehensive benefits and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide top-tier pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues, training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.
