Job summary

Orkin is hiring Pro with award-winning training and no prior pest control experience required. You’ll learn on the job and protect homes and businesses on a designated service route.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, plus a company vehicle with gas card, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities to grow within the company. Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers in businesses or homes

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow route and daily schedules to reach each location safely
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep equipment clean
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Solve problems for customers with empathy using Orkin Pro expertise
• Meet customers to explain actions and discuss additional services
• Inspect interior and exterior of properties
• Communicate actions taken and ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete service documentation on handheld device
