Job summary

Orkin, LLC is seeking a motivated Orkin Pro to join our pest control team. You will be trained to deliver safe, effective pest management for homes and businesses on a defined service route. This role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction as you learn the Orkin system and best practices.

The position offers extensive training, a company vehicle with a gas card on route assignment, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a growth-oriented career with Orkin.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we'll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• The Orkin Pro commits to safely and professionally providing the highest level of protection and service to their customers on a designated service route.
• You will complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• You will prioritize safety in all responsibilities and follow a route schedule and daily operation plan.
• You will operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• You will communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
