Orkin in the United States is seeking motivated individuals to become an Orkin Pro, delivering safe, effective pest control with the brand’s trusted training.

No industry experience is required; you will receive award-winning training, a company vehicle with gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer service as you serve homes and businesses on designated routes.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services
