Job summary

Orkin is hiring in Ogden, UT. As an Orkin Pro, you will start with award-winning training and progress through in-field route work, learning to diagnose issues, plan treatments, and protect customers’ homes and businesses.

No prior pest control experience is required; you will receive comprehensive paid training, a company vehicle with a gas card, and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven company focused on safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide the highest level of protection and service to customers on a designated service route.
• Complete training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Explain actions taken to customers, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
