Orkin in the United States is seeking motivated individuals to join our field team as Orkin Pro. You will start with award-winning training, learn routes, safety practices, and customer service, and progress through hands-on development on real service visits.

No industry experience is required; we provide a company vehicle, competitive pay, benefits, and a pathway to advance within a mission-driven pest-control leader that values safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (paid by company).

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of protection and service on a designated service route.
• Complete award-winning training to learn required skills.
• Follow route and daily operation schedules within territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Explain actions taken to customers and pursue additional services.
• Complete required service-related documentation on a handheld device.
