Job summary

Redd Pest Solutions is seeking a Supervisor to support the Branch Manager in achieving profitability, service quality, and productivity goals. The role involves leading, training, and developing staff, and providing direct support to technicians while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The candidate should have 5+ years pest-related experience, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Travel is required to oversee field operations and ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ pest-related experience.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, training, and developing people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must establish and maintain positive, ongoing, professional relationships with customers.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards.
• Computer proficiency (spreadsheet and word processing) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor route schedules and optimization for service production.
• Perform QA visits with existing customers and report issues to BM/DM.
• Assist BM to maintain profitability, customer service, and productivity goals.
• Train and coach technicians; conduct weekly training meetings.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure safety equipment and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory and monitor supplies.
• Ensure adherence to company safety procedures.
