Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead field operations and manage pest-control teams. You will supervise technicians, ensure equipment maintenance, and uphold high service standards while fostering community trust in the Northwest brand.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced outdoor environment. A valid pesticide license or the ability to obtain one is required, with company-paid training and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pest experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Reflects the Northwest Way.
• Builds strong relationships with customers to create "Customer's for Life."
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained to standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and manage inventory.
• Perform QC inspections in the field and production tasks as needed.
• Assist with routing and supervision of techs to boost productivity.
• Assist with training of new and refresher training for technicians.
• Demonstrate integrity, organization, and customer service excellence.
