Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager for Additional Services in Round Rock, TX. The role leads sales and service teams, drives service revenue, and ensures exceptional customer experiences with strong safety and quality standards.

You will partner with the General Manager to recruit, develop, and coach team members while overseeing field operations, performance management, and service quality across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in pest control, field operations, or fleet management.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, customer retention, and/or training support responsibilities.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history (essential).
• Must obtain and maintain state pest control certifications and licensing (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to recruit, onboard, develop and retain high-performing Branch Sales Pros and Techs with training programs.
• Lead Additional Services sales and service teams by monitoring staffing, productivity, and revenue growth.
• Provide hands-on field leadership via ride-alongs, inspections, coaching, and engagement activities.
• Conduct and document sales/service evaluations to ensure safety, quality and best practices.
• Facilitate regular sales meetings, safety trainings, and cross-team collaboration sessions.
• Deliver coaching, performance management and corrective action based on field data and feedback.
• Oversee customer account audits and resolve escalated concerns to ensure positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations by ongoing training and guidance.
• Manage inventory controls, GPS tracking, equipment maintenance, and service ticket audits.
• Support field service coverage during priority or high-demand routes as needed.
• Assist GM with planning, incident reporting, budgeting and leadership meetings.
