Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager – Additional Services in Round Rock, TX. You will lead Branch Sales professionals and Additional Services Technicians, partner with the General Manager, and drive revenue, service quality, and safety across field operations.

You will coach teams, monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong customer experiences and asset control. Base pay ranges with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in pest control, field operations, or fleet management.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history (company vehicle operation).
• Must obtain and maintain state-required pest control certifications and licensing (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing Branch Sales Professionals and Additional Services Technicians.
• Lead the performance of Additional Services sales and service teams by monitoring staffing levels, productivity, and revenue.
• Provide hands-on field leadership through ride-alongs, inspections, coaching, and team engagement activities.
• Conduct and document sales and service evaluations to ensure safety, quality, and sales best practices.
• Facilitate regular sales meetings, safety trainings, and operational collaboration sessions.
• Deliver coaching, performance management, and corrective actions based on metrics and feedback.
• Oversee customer account audits and resolve escalated concerns for positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and provide ongoing training guidance.
• Manage inventory controls, GPS tracking, service equipment maintenance, and service ticket audits.
• Support business continuity by covering priority service routes as needed.
• Assist the General Manager with planning, incident reporting, budget management, and leadership meetings.
