Job summary

Mosquito Squad Of Greater Saint Louis is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of Pest Control Applicators and office staff, and deliver outstanding customer service while controlling costs.

You will train employees, hire and interview, manage fleet and inventory, schedule work, and provide timely reports. This role requires strong leadership, IPM knowledge, safety compliance, and the ability to lift 65 lbs and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed client retention goals through team management and day-to-day execution.
• Lead Pest Control Applicator team with IPM-based practices and safety adherence.
• Oversee Office Staff with CRM management and customer service excellence.
• Maintain vehicle fleet with routine maintenance and inventory tracking.
• Track, order and stock products to meet cost goals.
• Mix products daily per label and state guidelines for trucks.
• Provide timely reporting as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
