Qualifications

• Leadership: outstanding and effective team leadership with training and accountability.
• Customer service: demonstrated passion for excellent service.
• Communication: ability to present information in one-on-one and small groups.
• Franchise management: prior pest control business management is preferred.
• Operations: ability to create daily/weekly/monthly organizational structures to achieve goals.
• Physical: must be able to lift a minimum of 65 lbs and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed client retention goals through efficient management of team expectations and day-to-day execution.
• Lead Pest Control Applicator team around service delivery, safety, scheduling, and interviews for new hires.
• Lead Office Staff with customer service, CRM upkeep, and using technology tools.
