Mosquito Joe is hiring a Pesticide Applicator to work outdoors and travel locally. You will perform mosquito and outdoor pest control while upholding the Mosquito Joe service standards and customer care. The role emphasizes physical activity, seasonal workload, and professional brand representation.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to lift 65 lb and walk with a backpack, and hold current pesticide certifications. Train and support franchise teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current and valid state pesticide certifications/licenses.
• Must have commercial pesticide applicator certification/license.
• Ability to lift 65 lb backpack and walk with it for extended periods.
• Must handle summer heat and stay physically active.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on licensing and proficiency to conduct Mosquito Joe services.
• Represent the Mosquito Joe brand with professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide expert advice and training to franchise owners, technicians, and customers on outdoor pest control.
