Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Lenexa, KS is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control, including termite treatments and exclusion work, with a focus on safe and high-quality results.

You will provide clear explanations of treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and follow routes to ensure efficient service delivery while using PPE and maintaining vehicles and tools.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tasks.
Must be 21 or older; valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.
Pest control training/licensing provided if applicable.

Responsibilities

Perform specialized pest control services including termite control and mosquito treatments.
Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers.
Explain treatment plans and benefits; address customer questions and concerns.
Follow service routes, coordinate with office staff, ensure efficient delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customers, services and appointments.
Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safety.
Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service per company standards.
