Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Kansas City, KS, seeks an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work alongside exceptional customer care. This role blends hands-on service with precise documentation and safe, efficient operations.

You will follow service routes, explain plans to customers, maintain records, and ensure safety with PPE while supporting a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience is required.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including safe ladder and power tool use.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
