Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Kansas City, KS to deliver exceptional pest control services during scheduled maintenance. You will inspect for pest activity, provide effective treatments, and build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include interior and exterior treatments, explaining procedures to customers, keeping accurate service records, and coordinating with the office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
