EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician in Geneva, IL to perform advanced pest control and home protection services. You will deliver termite and mosquito treatments, insulation work, and other services with careful documentation and safety standards.

The role combines hands-on service with strong customer care, ensuring high-quality results and efficient operations while working on assigned routes and maintaining equipment and records.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving history.
• State-required pest control training/licensing provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control and mosquito treatments.
• Complete indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality.
• Explain treatment plans and address customer questions and concerns.
• Follow routes and schedules; maintain accurate service and appointment records.
