Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead the local branch, ensure strong operations, financial accountability, and outstanding customer service.

You will develop and coach staff, drive branch profitability, manage escalations, ensure regulatory compliance, and align with company goals while partnering with regional leadership on initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2+ years of management experience in the pest control industry.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
• Grow, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring all employees are well-versed in safety protocols, company policies, and procedures, with training records properly maintained.
• Ensure branch compliance with local, state, and industry regulations, including licensing requirements, safety standards, and business laws.
• Manage customer escalations, employee relations matters, and operational challenges, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer issues and incidents, uphold company service standards, and work to maximize branch profitability and overall performance.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute company initiatives, support growth objectives, and drive continuous improvement within the branch.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $85,000 and $95,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
