EcoShieldPest Solutions is hiring an Additional Services Technician in Fort Worth, TX. The role delivers termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work while ensuring top-notch customer care and meticulous documentation.

You will operate routes with safety gear, use ladders and power tools, and maintain vehicles and records. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience with mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with construction-related tasks and safe use of ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving company vehicle is essential.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsabilités

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers and address questions.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to standards.

Position Summary

The Additional Services Technician provides specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions. This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results,accuratedocumentation, and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and otheradditionalservice offerings.

• Completeinitialindoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.

• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Maintainaccurateand organizedcustomer,service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.

• Inspect andmaintaincompany vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.

• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

QualificationsandRequirements

• 1+ years of customer service experiencerequiredanddemonstratedmechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Possessa valid driver’s license andhave3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.

• Earn andmaintainstate-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package.This positionoffers an hourly base pay range of $18.00 - $20.00 , plus commission,with most team members earning between $40,000- $60,000 withadditionalcompensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay willvary,basedonsales,and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
