EcoShield Pest Solutions in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead the branch, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with all regulations. You will oversee daily operations, coach managers and staff, and resolve customer and employee escalations to uphold outstanding service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in pest control management, with a valid driver's license.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $85,000 and $95,000.
