EcoShield Pest Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a Service Technician to deliver outstanding pest control service during scheduled appointments, inspect for activity, apply treatments, and build lasting customer relationships.

You will communicate clearly, maintain service records, and support office coordination while following safety guidelines. The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history (essential function).
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Position Summary

The Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments by inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. This role helps ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent service excellence.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $16.00 , plus additionalcompensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
