Job summary

The Shield Co Management, LLC (EcoShield Pest Solutions) seeks a Service Technician to deliver pest control services during scheduled maintenance appointments in the Houston area. You will inspect for pest activity, apply treatments, and build lasting customer relationships with clear communication and meticulous service records.

Responsibilities include explaining treatments, maintaining records, and coordinating with the office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possessa valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn andmaintainstate-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay of $16.00 , plusadditionalcompensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
