Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to grow residential services by selling our pest management solutions to new and existing customers in the Bloomington area. You’ll present tailored recommendations, assess home needs, and protect families with our trusted brand.

This full-time role offers competitive base pay with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential in year one. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and comfort in travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and identify issues.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and service engagements.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and ensure clear understanding of home conditions.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to support service installations and ensure quality.
