Ehrlich Pest Control is hiring an Outside Sales Professional in Norwalk, CT. You will sell pest management services to residential customers, assess needs, discuss solutions, and build relationships in the local community.

This role combines field sales with service coordination to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Requires valid driver’s license from your state of residence.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sale of pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with customer service, inside sales and technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and ensure clarity of customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality outcomes.
• Perform daily activities and sales performance tracking using CRM.
