Job summary

Ehrlich Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Consultant in Virginia to sell residential pest control services, assess customer needs, and protect homes. You will be the face of our local brand and drive revenue through expert service and proactive follow-ups.

You will collaborate with the Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities and deliver trusted solutions to customers in the community.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are required.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Record daily activities and sales in the Sales CRM.
