Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers, while delivering a customer-focused service to grow the business.

You’ll assess customers’ needs, conduct home inspections, collaborate with our service teams, and develop proposals to resolve pest issues. A High school diploma, a valid license, and 1–2 years of sales or pest control experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell additional services.
• Complete records in the Sales CRM and follow up on proposals.
