Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers, acting as the face of the brand in the local community. You will assess customer needs and present solutions using expert knowledge of Rentokil products to grow revenue.

The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration with service teams, and completing sales via the CRM. Travel to customer sites is required within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required (company vehicle and gas card provided).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in CRM.
