Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry leading pest management services to new and existing residential customers. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, protecting homes and families through expert needs assessment and tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for a clear understanding of the home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality work.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
