Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will represent the national brand locally, assess customer needs, and generate sales using expert knowledge of products and services.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, selling solutions and maintenance, collaborating with internal teams, and developing proposals. Travel up to 100% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pests and propose enhancements to household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the customer's home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations to ensure quality work.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
