Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a proactive Pest Control Sales Consultant to promote our residential pest management services to new and existing customers. You will assess homes, recommend solutions, and coordinate with service teams to ensure satisfaction and timely follow-ups.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in pest tech or sales, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 100% of the time within the assigned territory is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience; travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Sell Residential Pest Management Services and products to new and existing customers.
• Visually inspect homes and present pest control solutions and maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and upsell pest household services.
• Record activities and sales in the CRM; follow up to close opportunities.
