Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, outside sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Willing to travel within a 30-mile radius of Round Rock/Austin area
• Proficient with company platforms to generate reports

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer consultations and basic inspections to understand pest control needs
• Recommend pest control, termite protection, ant infestation, rodent management, and insulation and crawl space remediation
• Present service options and upsell additional services when appropriate
• Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Continue developing product and industry knowledge through training
