Job summary

Terminix in Hawaii is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers and protect homes and families. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community and use expert knowledge to tailor solutions.

Role involves inspecting homes, coordinating with service teams, and building proactive proposals. Strong communication and sales experience are essential; travel up to 100% of territory may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your current state of residence (Company vehicle and gas card provided).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills — related experience in sales is a plus.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Maintain Home diagrams and document customer home details in Sales CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality work.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in CRM.
