Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction at the branch level in Tyler, TX. You will oversee scheduling, safety compliance, and team performance while coordinating training and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; four-year degree highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities to manage Pest Tech teams.
• Excellent communication skills across impersonal, written, and verbal formats.
• Ability to solve problems and implement practical solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on safety compliance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Address customer concerns including cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technician performance and inventory levels.
• Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams.
