Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions and build lasting relationships to deliver long-term value.

The role involves insales to residences and businesses, conducting inspections, presenting proposals, and managing a company vehicle in compliance with policy. Paid holidays and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving company vehicle required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers through warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and proactively generate new service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in line with laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Operate and maintain the company vehicle in accordance with Vehicle Policy.
