EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to provide specialized pest control and home-protection services, including termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You will deliver hands-on service with a focus on customer care and accurate documentation at the Maryland Heights, MO location.

The role requires 1+ years of customer service, mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ years driving history.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and service features to customers, addressing questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customers, service and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to standards.

• Completeinitialindoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintainaccurateand organizedcustomer,service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect andmaintaincompany vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.

QualificationsandRequirements

• 1+ years of customer service experiencerequiredanddemonstratedmechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possessa valid driver’s license andhave3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn andmaintainstate-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package.This positionoffers an hourly base pay range of $18 - $20 , plusadditionalcompensation opportunities. Please note that actual earningsbeyond base pay will vary based on sales.
