Responsibilities

• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Pay

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This position offers an hourly base pay range of $18 - $20, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
