Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Additional Services Technician to provide specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments and insulation installation. You will deliver exceptional customer care while documenting results and maintaining safe, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on service delivery with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and clear communication about treatment plans and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and mechanical aptitude, with familiarity with ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving company vehicle is essential.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This position offers an hourly base pay of $18.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
